Website and contact information
Our hosting services process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website. If you contact the clinic, we receive the information you provide and use it to respond to your enquiry. Avoid sending diagnoses, medical records, insurance numbers or other sensitive health information through email or the website enquiry form. Ask the clinic for an appropriate way to share those details. When the enquiry form is enabled, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and Resend to deliver the message to the clinic. The security check loads when you begin the form.
Optional analytics and advertising
Google Tag Manager loads optional Google measurement and advertising tags only after you accept optional tracking. These services may process information about your device, browser, page visits and booking-link interactions, and may store cookies. We do not intentionally send enquiry contents or patient contact details to analytics. The website can be used and appointments can be booked without accepting these tags.
Your choice is stored in your browser. Use the Privacy choices button in the footer to change it. Declining after acceptance reloads the page to stop the website from loading these scripts and clears accessible Google measurement cookies. This does not erase information already processed by Google. Browser settings can also clear cookies.
Maps and videos
YouTube video players load when you press play. The contact page Google map loads when you select Load Google map. These third-party services then receive connection and usage information and may use their own storage technologies. Selecting a directions link opens Google Maps. Your optional analytics choice does not automatically load maps or videos.
Online appointments and health records
Online booking links take you to Jane, a separate service used by the clinic. Booking, account, intake and payment information is handled through Jane and the clinic rather than this website. Review the notices and consent information shown during booking and intake. Contact the clinic about the collection, use, access, correction, retention or disclosure of your care records. Requirements and the response to a request depend on the records and applicable privacy obligations.
Service providers and external links
Hosting, email delivery and booking providers process information needed to provide their services. Some providers may process information outside Canada. External websites have their own privacy practices. Contact the clinic for questions about a particular provider or your records.
Requests and changes
Contact the clinic to ask about your information, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. Identity verification may be needed before records can be provided. We update this notice when website practices change and show the website notice revision date above.
